Meditation can be done alone or in a group. Personally I think it's better to be part of a group because then you can let yourself relax more knowing that someone is there. The energy of a group is much better for meditation. Meditation can be done to music alone or by listening to a visualisation


Relaxing music is a nice way to relax as is a walk in the local park or amongst nature.

I lead meditation groups at the Hope Centre and I also run corporate meditation taster sessions. I have run meditation workshops for Stockport Homes and Trafford Carers. I have also done a meditation session at the Islamic Unity Society.

Meditation is relaxing and a way to calm the mind, increase productivity and gain clarity.
